Driver Hire Stockport are currently recruiting for a HGV 7.5T Driver to work for our well-respected client based in Stockport. Please note that manual handling is required as you will be required to deliver food/ fresh produce to businesses. Working Monday to Friday- 7am starts.
Please be advised that this is a temp to perm position so the right candidate will be offered a full-time job.
Duties Include for the HGV 7.5T Driver:
- Safe and responsible driving of HGV 7.5T Driver
- Conducting daily vehicle checks
- Keeping in contact with our branch team on progress
- Completing paperwork accurately and on time
Requirements of the HGV 7.5t Driver;
- Valid HGV C1 (7.5T) Licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience
- No DDs, DRs, INs, or TTs
- Good time management and reliability
Pay Rates (Paid Weekly via PAYE):
Whilst employed with Driver Hire Stockport you will receive £16.81ph- Please note that this rate is with holidays paid upfront, if you would like holidays your holidays to be put to one side you will be paid £15.00ph- When you go full time with our client you will recieve £15.29ph.
