Driver Hire Motherwell are looking for a HGV driver to start immediately for our client based in Eurocentral, Motherwell looking for Class 2 Drivers
The position is for a permanent role for the right candidate after successfully completing 12 weeks through Driver Hire.
As a Class 2 Driver you must:
– Have a C Licence
– Have a CPC Card
– Have less than 6 points on your licence
– Other job description points
– Have good manual handling skills
– Adhere to all company regulations
Class 2 drivers responsibilities include:
– 0700 starts
– Monday to Friday
– Daily vehicle check sheets
– Deliveries of various types of flooring
– Delivering to residential and commercial areas
– Handball required with some drops forklifted off
– Ensure vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times
The successful Class 2 Driver can expect:
– Monday – Friday: £14.00 PAYE
– 28 days paid holiday pro rata on PAYE
– Overtime after 8hrs: £17.50 PAYE
– Weekly Pay
– 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per day
This position is commutable from Airdrie, Wishaw, Bellshill, Hamilton and other areas nearby to Eurocentral, Motherwell.
