Forklift Operator / Yard Operative

Rutherglen Temporary Ongoing Position Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 4:30pm

Driver Hire Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established fencing company based in Rutherglen, for a Forklift Operator / Yard Operative to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Duties Include:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Moving stock and materials around the yard
• General yard maintenance and tidying duties
• Assisting with stock organisation
• Manual handling and physical lifting as required

Requirements:

• Valid RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Certificate (essential)
• Previous forklift and yard experience preferred
• Ability to undertake physical work and manual handling duties
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be local to the area or have your own transport due to the early start time

Pay & Benefits:

• Weekly pay through Driver Hire
• Holiday pay accrued
• Ongoing temporary work with immediate start available
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
