🚛 Forklift Operative – Temp to Perm Opportunity

🕘 Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm | No Weekends!
Driver Hire Winchester is recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Forklift/Warehouse Operative to join one of Hampshire’s leading refreshment suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established business with a fantastic reputation for delivering quality products and exceptional customer service across the region.

Your Role Will Include:
📦 Supporting the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day warehouse operations
📦 Picking and loading UK orders
📦 Loading export deliveries
📦 Storing and organising raw materials
📦 Stock rotation and product clearance when required
📦 Operating a forklift to load and unload vehicles
📦 Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
📦 Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
📦 Ensuring warehouse equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
✔ Forklift licence preferred
✔ Own transport is essential due to the client’s location
✔ Comfortable with manual handling tasks
✔ Flexible attitude and willingness to support across different duties
✔ Team player with a strong work ethic
