Food Production Operative – Croydon
£14.25 per hour (including holiday pay)

Mon – Fri & Alternate Saturdays 09.00 – 17.00 May offer extended hours during busy periods.

We’re recruiting for a rapidly expanding, small, family-run business in Croydon looking for reliable people to join as Production Operatives. You’ll be working in a cold store environment with temperatures around 3 degrees. You will be trained to use a variety of machinery for preparing and packing salads (don’t worry – protective gear provided).
This is an ongoing temporary role with the chance to go permanent for the right person.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and packing
- Working to shift times and keeping things running smoothly
- Supporting the team to get orders out on time in a fast paced environment
What we’re looking for
- A positive attitude, someone who can use their initiative and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse roles particularly in food production would be handy, but it’s not essential
- Someone reliable who wants consistent hours
