Driver Hire is looking for a reliable and professional Class 2 HGV ADR Driver to join our client based near Warminster.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a driver who enjoys a varied role, regional deliveries and working with a supportive, well-established team. The role will involve delivering products to a mix of rural and commercial sites, so confidence driving on country roads, farms, smaller access routes and customer premises is essential. (Not tanker or fuel work)
This is more than just a driving role. While most goods are forklifted on and off, you may also be required to support the team with loading during busy morning periods. There may also be occasions where you are asked to drive a van for smaller deliveries when needed.
The Role
As a Class 2 ADR Driver, your duties will include:
Driving a Class 2 HGV vehicle delivering products regionally
Delivering to rural locations, commercial sites and customer premises
Ensuring goods are transported safely and professionally
Supporting with morning loading during busy periods
Driving a van for smaller deliveries when required
Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork
Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Full UK Class 2 / Category C licence
Valid ADR qualification
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Minimum 1 year’s HGV driving experience
Confidence driving in rural areas
A professional and flexible approach
Willingness to support with loading during busy periods
Comfortable driving a van for smaller deliveries when required
