We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Class 2 Recycling & Waste Driver to join our team in Calne.
This is a great opportunity for a professional HGV Class 2 Driver looking for regular, ongoing work with the opportunity to become permanent.
The Role
As a Class 2 Recycling & Waste Driver, you will:

🚛 Drive a Class 2 HGV safely and responsibly.

♻️ Carry out local waste and recycling collections.

👷 Work as part of a team with loaders and collection crews.

🔧 Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

✅ Ensure waste and recycling is collected safely and efficiently.

🦺 Follow all company, health & safety and environmental procedures.

🤝 Provide a professional and courteous service to customers and members of the public.
Requirements

✔️ Valid Class 2 (Cat C) HGV licence

✔️ Valid CPC qualification

✔️ Valid Digital Tachograph Card

✔️ Previous HGV driving experience

♻️ Waste, recycling or refuse experience is desirable but not essential

✔️ Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations

✔️ Reliable, punctual and professional

✔️ Comfortable working as part of a team and undertaking some physical work
