We are currently recruiting for x2 Class 2 HGV Brick Grab Hiab Drivers for our client based in Dunmow.
Delivering throughout the South East, you will be required to deliver building materials to customers in areas such as Essex, Cambridge, Central London, and Kent.
99% of the work will be to commercial customers, meaning deliveries to building sites, however there will also be some deliveries to domestic customers, therefore some handballing may be involved. With this in mind, the ideal candidate will need to be physically fit to complete the manual handling tasks.
As per my client’s insurance, you will need to be aged 25 or over and ideally offer experience. However newly qualified drivers will be considered, and training provided.
For this role we are seeking a worker to start immediately. You will be required to complete a 12-week temporary to permanent assignment. Following 12 weeks successful work you will then transfer on a permanent basis to our client.
Working hours:
Monday – Friday
7am to 5pm
Salary:
Temp basis (First 12 weeks):
INC holiday pay: £13.45*
EXC holiday pay: £12 per hour
Perm basis:
£28,000 PA
+ Overtime
*Holiday pay must be requested by the worker in writing each week on submitted timesheet.
