We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established Builders Merchant in Sheffield, offering an ongoing, long-term position for the right candidate.
PAY: £16.00 Per Hour ( PAYE, Paid Weekly). If you are the right candidate for this role- the salary will need to be discussed with the client.
Commutable from: Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Chesterfield & Doncaster

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering builders’ merchant goods to both homes and trade sites across the region
- Safely loading and unloading using a remote Hiab
- Driving professionally and representing both Driver Hire and our client with pride
- Ensuring all deliveries leave with the correct documentation
- Engaging with customers daily and providing excellent service with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Class 2 (Category C) Licence — minimum 2 years’ experience required
- Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- Remote Hiab Licence
- No more than 6 penalty points (for insurance purposes)
- Reliable, honest, with a great work ethic and strong communication skills
