Class 2 HGV Tanker Driver (Cat C)
Temporary – Permanent
£15.00 – £18.00 per hour
Ipswich
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for Class 2 HGV Tanker Driver to start immediately for our client based on the outskirts of Ipswich.
The successful Class 2 HGV Driver can expect:
- Monday – Friday: £15.00 PAYE, £18.00 PAYE Umbrella
- 28 days paid holiday pro rata on PAYE
- Overtime: £18.00 PAYE, £21.60 PAYE Umbrella
- Weekly Pay
- 9.5hr minimum guaranteed pay per day

As a Class 2 HGV Tanker Driver you must:
- Full UK licence with Cat C entitlement
- Held HGV Category C entitlement for minimum of 12 months
- Current CPC card and Digi Tacho
- No more than 3 pts on your Licence
- Previous experience driving with Manual gearbox on HGV.
- Have good customer service.
- Have good communication skills
- Be prepared for manual handling and heavy lifting tasks.
Class 2 HGV drivers responsibilities include:
Working days you will be making deliveries around the East of England & the Soutch East of England. Working hours are typically 6am – 7.30am starts, Monday to Friday.
This position is commutable from Hadleigh, Stowmarket, Woodbridge, Felixstowe and other areas nearby to Ipswich.
