Class 2 HGV Driver / Service Operative – Immediate Start
Location: WV11
We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 HGV Driver / Service Operative to join a busy and growing operation in the WV11 area.
This is a hands-on role where the main focus will be servicing portable toilets at customer sites. Whilst your day will include driving it will also involve cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring units are serviced to a high standard. Full servicing training provided.
What’s on offer:
- £17.20 per hour
- Immediate start available
- 8:00am starts
- Ongoing, full-time work
Duties include:
- Servicing portable toilet units at customer locations
- Cleaning and maintaining units to company standards
- Carrying out basic maintenance and reporting any defects
- Operating a Class 2 vehicle when required
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
- Completing relevant paperwork and vehicle checks
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
