An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client as a Class 2 HGV Driver for a regional delivery role in Redhill.
The position requires physical fitness as drivers and will deliver barrels and kegs across the South of England.
Ideal candidates will hold a valid HGV Class 2 license, a CPC, and a Digital Tachograph card.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure all paperwork and stock for allocated route is correctly on the vehicle.
· Provide a seamless customer service, arriving on time and unload orders in a courteous and professional manner.
· Maintain allocated vehicle and driving records.
· Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel purchase and other costs incurred while on shift.
· Compliance with Company Health and Safety Policies and procedures.
Person Specification
· Clean driving license – Cat C licence (18t) (required)
· Valid and up to date Transport/Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) (required)
· Valid and up to date TACHO card (required)
· Good knowledge of your geographical area
