We are recruiting experienced Class 2 multi-drop drivers for several of our key customers across Sussex.
Previous pallet network experience is desirable but not essential. It’s ideal for a driver who takes pride in doing a proper job, values strong customer interaction, and enjoys a mix of driving and physical work.
Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Checks: Perform thorough daily walkaround checks and basic defect reporting to maintain full roadworthiness.

Deliveries: Complete multi-drop local routes efficiently, safely, and on time.

Stock & Equipment: Load and unload vehicles using provided equipment (e.g. electric and manual pump trucks, trollies and cages) and ensure all loads are properly strapped and secured before departure.

Returns & Collections: Collect empty returnable stock, crates, or containers from customer sites and return them to the depot.

Customer Facing: Check items off against delivery notes/EPOD devices, take signatures or payments where required, and represent the company professionally.

Compliance: Strictly adhere to Drivers’ Hours regulations, EU Tachograph rules, and Working Time Directives at all times.

Depot Support: Assist with general warehouse tasks (such as vehicle loading or sorting returns) during downtime or peak trade.
What We Are Looking For

Licence Requirements: Full Class 2 (Category C) licence, valid CPC, and Digital Tachograph card.

Physical Fitness: Candidates must be comfortable with manual handling and lifting throughout the shift.

Flexibility: day/night/weekend shifts, start and finish times will vary depending on daily route lengths, drops, and traffic.

Professional Mindset: Solid understanding of load security, safe manual handling, and driver compliance.

Communication: Friendly, professional attitude with commercial customers.
