Driver Hire are looking for a Class 2 driver to join one of our well established clients on a temp to perm basis. This job will involve working Monday to Friday, delivering quality goods to restaurants, hotels etc around the Central London area.
Responsibilities
- Up to 10-20 deliveries depending on distance.
- Monday to Friday starting between 04:30 am to 08:00 am
- Ensure compliance with driving regulations.
- Make sure all paperwork is signed, accurate and distributed.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks which fulfil health and safety criteria.
- Oversee safe loading and unloading of goods.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must hold a valid driving license, CPC card and tach card
- Be able to operate the vehicle responsibly and safely, ensuring loads are safe and secure.
- No more than 6 points, with no major endorsements/convictions. No (CD/IN/DR/TT)
- Would need to live within 10 miles of the workplace in Crawley
- Minimum one year relevant driving experience
- Good navigational skills
- Right to work in the UK
