🚛 Class 2 Skip Driver – Immediate Start | Blantyre | £15.00 per Hour

Driver Hire is currently recruiting a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Category C) Skip Driver for our client based in Blantyre. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for regular weekday work, with the potential for a temporary position to become ongoing for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Class 2 Skip Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery, exchange, and collection of skips to both domestic and commercial customers. You’ll represent our client in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service while following all road safety and transport regulations.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Overtime may be required depending on business needs

Pay

• £15.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous skip driving experience is desirable but not essential
• A good understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
