Driver Hire Leeds East are recruiting Class 1 HGV Tramper Drivers to work for our client based in LS15 on an ongoing basis.
Agency or Directly Employed:
Our client in a growing company and is actively looking at recruiting drivers on a permanent basis, meaning you have the choice to either remain as a agency driver or transfer to direct employment after 13 weeks.
The Role:
The work is general haulage work so the products you will be delivering will be varied depending on the drop, this can range from pallets, food and building materials.
You must be confident in operating a curtain sider as products will be both loaded and unloaded by a FLT (No handballing)
The Hours:
Shift start on Monday at 6:30AM – 5 days a week – expected 50 hours per week
The Pay:
Hourly pay of £16.81 per hour (including holiday pay of £1.81per hour)
£25.00 per night out allowance
Expected weekly earnings: £940.00 (including Night Out Allowance)
Annual Expected earning: £40,320 (Assuming you work 48 weeks a year)
Experience:
You must have 2 years experience driving Class 1 Vehicles and have no more than 6 penalty points on licence.
