🚛 Class 1 HGV Driver Required – Chesterfield
Driver Hire is pleased to be partnering with a well-established plumbing and drainage company based in the heart of Chesterfield to offer the following opportunity.
This is an ongoing position providing consistent Monday to Friday work, with nights out required in line with client demands. The successful candidate may occasionally be required to operate a Class 2 vehicle or van; however, Class 1 rates of pay will be guaranteed at all times. This role presents a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right individual.
💼 The Role:

Class 1 (C+E) driving duties

Delivering equipment and materials to client sites

Monday to Friday work

Various start times depending on customer requirements

Regular nights out as required
💷 Pay & Benefits:

£17.57 per hour – Time and a half after 40 hours raising to £26.35

£26.00 per night out

Ongoing, full-time work

✅ Requirements:

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card

Previous Class 1 driving experience essential (2 years)
