Due to continued expansion, Driver Hire Newark is recruiting experienced Class 1 drivers to work with a well-established client based in Newark. This is an excellent opportunity with potential temp-to-perm, offering the chance to secure a full-time position in just 12 weeks.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Assignment rates starting from £18.00 per hour
- Overtime after 10 hours paid at £27.00 per hour
- £25.00 per night out
- Consistent, well-paid work with long-term prospects
WORK PATTERN
- Monday to Friday 07:30am starts
- Some nights out required for longer-distance deliveries
- No weekend commitments
THE ROLE
- Class 1 (C+E) work delivering and moving heavy machinery
- Low loader experience preferred (training/experience considered)
- Varied, interesting work – no two days the same
- Professional operation with well-maintained vehicles
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, you must have:
- Valid Category C+E (Class 1) licence
- Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience
- In-date CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- Right to work in the UK
