Driver Hire Bristol acting on behalf of our client a well-known DIY and home improvement company are looking for a Driver to join their team in South Bristol for an immediate start. This is a temp to perm opportunity, you will work your probation period through us then continue on to be a permanent employee.
The Role
You will be part of a two-man team consisting of you as the 7.5ton vehicle driver and a driver’s mate to assist you with deliveries and customer interaction. You will load the vehicle and check the items as a team and then head out on your pre-planned run.
Schedule and Pay
This role is operated on a rota basis.
Monday – Friday
Monday – Saturday (Wednesday off)
Tuesday – Saturday (Monday off)
Repeat
7am starts
£10.25 per hour PAYE
Requirements
- Valid 7.5 ton licence
- Valid CPC and tacho
- Good customer service skills
- Physically able
