Looking for your next driving opportunity? Driver Hire Edinburgh West is recruiting an experienced 7.5T Delivery Driver for an established client based in Livingston.
This is a great opportunity to secure regular, ongoing work, with the potential to move into a permanent position following a successful probationary period.
🚚 The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering ambient, chilled and frozen products to customers throughout the Central Belt, with occasional longer-distance runs to Aberdeen and Newcastle.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out multi-drop deliveries across the Central Belt
- Completing occasional longer-distance deliveries
- Loading your vehicle for the day’s deliveries
- Ensuring goods are transported and delivered safely
- Completing deliveries accurately and on time
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
⏰ Working hours: Typically 8–10 hours per day, with start times between 5:00am and 6:00am, depending on the workload.

📋 What You’ll Need
- Valid Category C1 licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 penalty points – minor offences only
- No IN, DD, DR or CD endorsements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, motivated and professional approach to work
