Eight new Franchisees are joining the Driver Hire Nationwide network, after graduating from their two-week Foundation Training programme today.
Joining Driver Hire is like joining a big family, said by many in the past. Although things are a little different compared to just eight months ago, it’s incredibly important to us that new Franchisees who come on board still get to experience the renowned Driver Hire welcome and induction.
Today, all eight individuals – who will be taking over six different Driver Hire businesses – finished their two week Foundation Training course, which was carried out virtually through web conference.
This was switched from the usual classroom-based training and in the space of ten days, they have engaged in 35 separate virtual sessions which were presented by 31 different Driver Hire Group Services colleagues!
Prior to Foundation Training, each Franchisee received a Driver Hire welcome pack which was fully-loaded with all the tools they needed to kick-start their pre-launch support and foundation training programme.
The packs were hand-delivered (socially distanced) by a Director of the company and included:
- Brand new laptop pre-loaded with all the software they need to attend our virtual training and run their business
- Samples of marketing materials
- A goodie box with treats, mugs, hats and more!
The personal delivery prior to training was to ensure our new Franchisees were still given the Driver Hire welcome that they deserve, and we are certain that it has helped them to get the most out of their training.
