Under normal circumstances Driver Hire announces its top performing offices at its annual conference. Of course, this year, thanks to Covid -19, that hasn’t been possible.
Anxious not to miss the opportunity to celebrate their success, this year’s awards were announced via Zoom.
The presentation was made by Chris Chidley, Driver Hire’s Chief Executive and, when restrictions permit, Jeremy Neale, Driver Hire’s UK MD, will travel to each office to hand the award to winning franchisees in person.
Having their names added to Driver Hire’s honours board for 2020 were:
- Jamie Williamson (Portsmouth) ‘Franchisee of the Year’;
- Pinky & Priyank Patel (Kingston) ‘New Start of the Year’;
- Dave Graham (Teesside) ‘David Walter Silver Salver’ and;
- Ash Mustafa (Southampton) ‘Lawn Rose Bowl’
Commenting on the award winners’ success, Chris Chidley, Driver Hire’s Chief Executive said: “Each of these franchisees has had an outstanding year.
They’ve overcome the business challenges presented by Covid 19. They’ve continued to deliver outstanding customer service and find regular work for their drivers. As a result their businesses are thriving. Their drive and tenacity are an example to us all. I’m delighted to announce them as this year’s winners. Hearty congratulations to all four franchisees.”
