Warehouse Operative / Driver – £28,000–£32,000 + Weekly Bonus

Location: Stockbridge
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay: £28,000–£32,000 per annum + £50 weekly KPI bonus

Driver Hire Southampton is recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative / Driver to join a well-established agricultural supplies business in Stockbridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work and driving duties, with long-term prospects and opportunities to develop new skills.

The Role

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
• Organising stock and loading vehicles
• Delivering goods to customers when required
• Providing driver holiday cover
• General warehouse duties and computer-based stock input

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence essential
• Must be aged 25+ due to insurance requirements
• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
• Warehouse experience advantageous but not essential
• Forklift experience beneficial, but training can be provided once permanent
