🚜 Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm
Monday to Friday | 07:00am–5:00pm | 45 hours per week | 12-week temp to perm
Looking for a Monday-to-Friday role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position? Driver Hire Winchester is recruiting a reliable Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join an established business specialising in insulation and building materials.
If you have warehouse experience and can confidently operate a forklift, this could be your next opportunity!
The Role
You’ll be part of a busy warehouse team, helping ensure materials are safely loaded, moved and prepared for delivery.
Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
- Picking, packing and palletising stock
- Moving materials safely around the warehouse
- General warehouse and manual handling duties
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences preferred
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, proactive and a strong team player
- Good timekeeping and a positive attitude
- Own transport is desirable due to the location
