Recruitment Consultant – Bromsgrove, Redditch & Warwick
Bromsgrove | Up to £35,000 basic + Uncapped Bonuses | Monday–Friday
Driver Hire Bromsgrove & Redditch is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
This is a warm desk within a fast-paced and varied recruitment environment. You’ll manage candidates, build strong client relationships and recruit professional drivers to meet our customers’ staffing requirements across the Bromsgrove, Redditch & Warwick territory.
The Role
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
- On-call rota
- Candidate recruitment and management
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Matching drivers to suitable work
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Managing an established warm desk

About You
Previous recruitment experience is essential.
