Labourer – Fish Factory Operator
Location: Peterhead
Driver Hire are recruiting on behalf of our client for Labourers – Fish Factory Operators to join their busy Peterhead operation.
- Pay: £14.30 pr hr
- Bonus Scheme – £300
- Hrs: Mon–Fri, 6am–4pm | Sat, 6am–12 noon when required
- Job Type: Temp to Perm
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced seafood environment, involving:
- Lifting fish boxes and scallop bags
- Removing boxes of scallop waste
- Packing and icing fish
- Strapping and palletising boxes
- Wrapping and moving pallets using a pallet truck
What’s on offer
- £14.30 pr hr
- Enhanced overtime: Mon–Fri >42.5 hrs x1.25 – Wke OT hrs – 1.5 subject to attendance requirements.
- Additional hours available during the next few months, our real busy period
- Bonus Scheme – £300 – Possible NET payment, for candidates that successfully complete 12 weeks, subject to attendance requirements. Bonus paid following successful completion of the 12-week period.
