Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Grangemouth

Location: Grangemouth
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (1-hour unpaid break)
Temporary Pay: £13.40 per hour + accrued holiday pay, or £15.02 per hour with advanced holiday pay
Permanent Salary: £28,000 per annum upon transferring to our client

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client’s operation in Grangemouth on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with the potential to transfer directly to our client following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving and storing stock and materials around the site
• Supporting the warehouse and wider operations team
• Completing all required checks and following site safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

What We’re Looking For

• Valid and relevant Counterbalance Forklift licence/certificate
• Previous counterbalance forklift experience
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
