HGV Class 2 (CAT C) Drivers

Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (CAT C) Drivers for various customers across the local area (Uxbridge/Hayes/Greenford/West Drayton etc)

PLEASE NOTE ALL ROLES ARE ON A TEMPORARY ADHOC BASIS – SHIFTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

💷 £17.51 – £20.50 p/h including holiday pay
🕖 Monday–Friday, day shifts

All-round Duties:

• Multi-drop deliveries and collections
• Delivery of building equipment, plant & tool hire
• Transport of event and catering equipment
• Delivery of alcohol and beverages
• Delivery of household appliances
• Communicating with customers and completing delivery paperwork
• Carrying out routine vehicle checks
• Adhering to all road safety and company procedures

Requirements:

• Valid UK CAT C licence, with no more than 6 points
• Valid CPC and Tacho
• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• Physically fit, as some roles involve manual handling
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
