Warehouse Operative – Late Shift

Location: LS11, Leeds

Pay: £13.98 per hour (PAYE with accrued holiday pay) or £15.66 per hour (PAYE Advanced, including holiday pay)

Driver Hire Leeds West is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a respected and growing metals distribution company in LS11.

Pay

• £13.98 per hour – PAYE with accrued holiday pay
• £15.66 per hour – PAYE Advanced (holiday pay included in your hourly rate)

These rates are based on a basic hourly wage of £12.71 plus a 10% late shift allowance.

Working Hours

Late Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
• Friday: 11:00am – 8:00pm

Every weekend off.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Booking stock into the warehouse
• Moving materials safely throughout the warehouse
• Operating warehouse equipment and machinery (full training provided)
• Working closely with the administration team to maintain accurate stock locations
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards

Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Warehouse Assistant, Production Operative, Logistics Operative or FLT Driver would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
