Class 1 Driver

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to join our client’s busy pallet distribution operation based in Burton upon Trent.

Working with a well-established and respected transport company, you’ll play a key role in delivering and collecting palletised goods for businesses across the region, ensuring excellent service and on-time deliveries.

This is a position on days, with start times around 05:00/06:00 AM

Pay Rates/working hours: 

• £16.50ph (+ accrual of holidays)
• £18.49ph (inclusive of holidays)
• Overtime payable after 8 hours

Job Requirements:

• HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 12 months’ experience
• Valid CPC card and Digital Tacho card
• Handballing required
• Ratchets and Straps experience
• Professional Manner
• Safety-focused approach
