Class 2 Driver Required (Livestock Deliveries)

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Class 2 Driver to assist with livestock (chick) deliveries on a part-time basis, typically 2–3 days per week.

Location

• Loads collected from Larne or Belfast Port

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver chicks safely to farms across Northern Ireland and Ireland (2–3 deliveries per day)
• Use a tail lift to unload chicks safely and efficiently
• Reload empty trolleys after each delivery
• Return the vehicle to the main driver once deliveries are complete

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• CPC qualification preferred
• Comfortable handling livestock with care and attention
• Ability to work independently while following strict welfare standards

Training

• Full training will be provided in June/July
• A chick welfare assessment must be completed prior to starting
