Are you an experienced Van driver who is not fazed delivering into London and has good communication? We are looking for one on behalf of our client based in Dunstable for an immediate start. You will be driving a Luton van delivering products on pallets to shops into London. Double runs are required. This role will be on a temp to perm.
Start Times:
Monday to Friday 07:00AM (9-10 hour days on average)
Requirements:
- Full UK Licence with Category B
- Minimum 2 years commercial van driving experience
- No more than 3 points on your Licence
- Good Knowledge of road as your will be driving into London on a daily basis
- Reliable
- Hard Working
Pay:
- Agency pay during the temp to perm will be £14.57 inclusive of holiday within your hourly rate which is paid 1 week in arrears
- After the successful temp to perm (60 shifts) your will go permanent contract with the client with a salary of £28,000 during the first 6 months probation and then increasing to £29,000 after successful probation. Contracted hours 42.50 hours with 1 hour unpaid break. Annual leave is 30 days holiday including bank holidays but can increase to a maximum of 33 days 1 additional day added to each year of service.
