Temporary Administrator / Receptionist

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Atherton for a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and handling reception duties professionally
- Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
- Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting rooms
- General administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining accurate records and office documentation
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous administration or receptionist experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
