Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Immediate Start Available
A well-established and busy roofing supplies company based in Uddingston is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join its growing team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career prospects for the right candidate.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (early finish)
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Assisting customers at the trade counter
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard and warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse and yard operations as required
Pay & Benefits
- Temporary Rate: £12.82 per hour
- Permanent Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Immediate start available

Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous warehouse or yard experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and proactive approach to work
- Physically demanding role, heavy lifting required.
