Driver Hire are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to support one of our customers based in Wincanton.
This is ongoing Monday to Friday work, operating flatbed LWB vehicles and carrying out deliveries and collections to commercial sites.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Driving flatbed LWB vans safely and professionally
Making deliveries and collections to commercial sites
Loading and unloading where required
Using a tail lift safely and correctly
Completing vehicle checks and paperwork
Providing a professional service when representing Driver Hire and our customer
What We Offer
£13.00 per hour
Weekly pay via PAYE
Monday to Friday work
Start times between 07:00 and 08:00
Ongoing work available
Support from a local Driver Hire team
Requirements
Applicants must have:
A valid UK driving licence
Previous commercial van driving experience
Experience operating flatbed or LWB vehicles
Confidence using a tail lift
Good communication and customer service skills
A reliable and professional approach to work
