Driver Hire Edinburgh City is looking for experienced van drivers to support a variety of clients throughout Edinburgh and nearby locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for flexible, ad hoc work that fits around other commitments, while enjoying a physically active and rewarding role.
🕒 What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing multi-drop furniture deliveries across local routes
- Working as part of a team to load, move, and deliver heavy items
- Ensuring deliveries arrive safely and in excellent condition
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Flexible shifts, primarily Monday to Friday
💰 Pay Rates
PAYE
- £13.00 per hour
- £17.32 per hour after 8 hours
PAYE Advanced
- £14.57 per hour
- £19.42 per hour after 8 hours
✅ Minimum 8 hours’ pay guaranteed per shift
✅ Weekly pay
✅ Flexible work to match your availability
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- No major endorsements (DD, IN, CD, DG, DR)
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Previous van driving experience essential
