We are looking for a reliable and versatile 7.5t Driver to join a leading supplier to the UK horticultural industry.
This isn’t just a “sit behind the wheel” gig; you’ll be the face of the company, delivering essential supplies to nurseries and growers. While your primary vehicle will be a 7.5t , you need to be a team player who’s happy to jump into a 3.5t van when the schedule demands it.
What You’ll Be Doing

Deliveries: Handling multi-drop routes across the region, ensuring goods arrive safely and on time.

Driving Versatility: Operating 7.5t vehicles as standard, but staying flexible to use 3.5t vans for smaller or more urgent runs.

Vehicle Care: Keeping the cab tidy and performing daily walk-around checks to ensure everything is roadworthy.
Shift Patterns

Days: Monday to Friday (No weekends).

Starts: Flexibility is key, as start times vary between 05:00 and 08:00 depending on the route.
What We’re Looking For

Licence: A valid Cat C1 (7.5t) licence with an up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card.

Experience: Previous experience in multi-drop delivery is a massive bonus.

Attitude: Someone who doesn’t mind getting stuck in. If a 3.5t load needs going out, you’re on it without any fuss.

Reliability: Punctuality is massive given the early starts.
The Package

Salary: A solid £33,500 per year.

Stability: This is a temp-to-perm role. Prove you’re the right fit during the initial period, and there’s a permanent spot at the table waiting for you.
