This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to join a successful team in a varied Trade Counter and Sales role.
The Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Position Details
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Support with deliveries as required
- Proactively generate new business through outbound sales calls
- Provide expert advice and support to customers both in person and over the phone
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 1 year)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident telephone manner and good IT skills
- Strong sales ability (experience within manufacturing or trade environments is an advantage)
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
What’s on Offer
- Salary: £29,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience)
