Driver Hire Inverness is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our client on a full-time ongoing basis, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. This role involves trunking work with a couple of cage deliveries on each run. A great opportunity for drivers seeking stability, routine, and consistent work with a respected local operator.

🔧 What’s on Offer:

• Class 1 (Cat C+E) Trunking
• A couple of cage deliveries per shift
• Early Start times
• Ongoing, long-term position with consistent shift pattern

🚚 Your Day-to-Day:

• Safe and timely trunking between hub locations
• Completing a small number of cage deliveries
• Manual handling where required
• Accurate completion of paperwork or handheld device logs
• Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Maintaining high customer service standards

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Valid UK Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR, IN or TT codes)
• Previous Class 1 experience preferred
• Ability to work a 4 on / 4 off rotation
• Good communication and reliability
