Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver – Agency Work | Flexible Opportunities
Driver Hire is a leading UK recruitment agency specialising in transport and logistics, supplying professional drivers and logistics staff to a wide range of businesses nationwide. Pay: £18.00 – £22.50 per hour – Umbrella Assignment Rate (PAYE also available) – Competitive hourly rates + weekly pay
The Role
We are recruiting professional Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for a variety of clients.
Work includes Fridge Runs, Tankers, Plant Machinery, General Haulage, Trunk runs as well as specialist roles such as Live Bird, ADR and HIAB.
Keep an eye out for our adverts for specific large ongoing Class 1 contracts!!
We offer our clients everything from long-term ongoing work to last-minute sickness and day-off cover, giving you flexibility and consistent opportunities, shifts can be days, nights, weekends or tramping. whichever works best for you.
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• 6–12 months experience preferred (flexible depending on client)
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused
