HGV 7.5t Driver

 Pay Rates

• Monday–Friday: £15.71 per hour (including holiday pay)
• £14.02 per hour (without holiday pay)
• + £25 per overnight stay
• £35,000 per annum once permanent, plus company benefits

Location: Coleshill

 Start Date: Immediate

 Type: Temp to Perm

 Nights Out: Average 3 nights per week (hotel provided + night‑out allowance)

About the Role

Driver Hire Coventry are recruiting experienced HGV 7.5t / C1 drivers for a well‑established furniture fulfilment partner. This role offers excellent long‑term prospects, consistent weekly work, and a clear temp-to-perm pathway.

This is a double‑manned role, Monday to Friday, with early starts between 5am – 6am.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Around 3 nights out per week (hotel + allowance)
• 5am–6am starts
• Double manned
• Weekly pay throughout the temp period
• Excellent company benefits upon permanency

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Minimum 12 months HGV 7.5t / C1 driving experience
• 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Valid CPC & Tacho
• Physically fit for loading and unloading
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude and reliability essential
