HGV ADR Driver
Pay rate: £16.50 – £22.50
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are looking for HGV ADR Driver to start ASAP for our growing client base across the IP postcode, with all the support from our experienced Driver Hire team in Bury St Edmunds.

The successful HGV ADR Driver will receive:
Class 1:
£18 basic / £20.50 overtime & Saturday / £22.50 Sunday
Class 2:
£16.50 basic / £19 overtime & Saturday / £20.50 Sunday.
Guaranteed 10hrs per day.
28 days holiday prorated on PAYE.
Upskilling to HGV, ADR and HIAB after satisfactory probation period.

What to expect as a HGV ADR Driver:
Working Tuesday to Saturday as standard, you will be driving a Class 1 or Class 2 (dependant on your licence) box lorry with tail lift to medical sites around the East of England to collect waste ini large commercial waste bins and return to base for incineration.
Class 1 drivers must be prepared to drive wag ‘n’ drag.
Start time ranges from 0400hrs – 0600hrs and shifts will be typically be 10hrs long.
This is a Temporary to Permanent role for the right candidate. Salary when perm is over £40K per annum.
As a HGV ADR Driver you must:
Class 1 or Class 2 (Cat CE or Cat C)
ADR in Packages (Cat 3,6,9)
Current CPC Card
Current Digi-card.
Have no more than 6 effective penalty points.
No DG, DD or IN endorsements.
