HGV Mechanic – Full Time (Days)

We are recruiting for a skilled HGV Mechanic to join our local Dundee client on a full-time basis.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional Saturdays
• Flexible employer – days and hours can be negotiated for the right candidate

Pay

• £18.50 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs
• Prepare vehicles to MOT standards
• Diagnose faults and complete work efficiently
• Work independently to a high standard while maintaining safety and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HGV mechanic (preferred)
• Strong mechanical knowledge of HGV and LGV’s
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
