In a recent incident, Stef, one of the drivers at Driver Hire Peterborough, showcased exceptional dedication and compassion during a delivery run.
When Stef encountered a distressed customer who had suffered a fall and was unconscious, he immediately sprang into action. Without hesitation, Stef called for an ambulance and remained by the customer’s side until emergency services arrived.
Despite having other deliveries scheduled, Stef prioritised the customer’s well-being, ensuring they received urgent medical attention. His quick thinking and commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty were evident in his actions. He even returned to work early the next day to ensure all remaining deliveries were completed seamlessly.
This act of compassion and professionalism embodies the core values of the Driver Hire team, including integrity, dedication, and a genuine concern for the community’s well-being.
