Terms and Conditions

#WinCPC – The T&Cs

  1. This promotion is open to all professional Drivers in the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter, their agents or anyone who is professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. Entry to the competition is possible via the following social media channels:
    a) Facebook: ‘Comment’ telling us how many Driver CPC Training hours you have left to complete before your own deadline using #WinCPC
    b) Twitter: ‘Comment’ telling us how many Driver CPC Training hours you have left to complete before your own deadline using #WinCPC
  3. There is no charge for entering the draw and you understand that the competition is only available at Driver Hire Motherwell, Driver Hire Fife, Driver Hire Newcastle, Driver Hire Grangemouth, Driver Hire Edinburgh City, Driver Hire Edinburgh West and Driver Hire Borders.
  4. Entrants may enter competitions of multiple Driver Hire offices listed and for each separate monthly competition. However only one entry per office will be eligible for each competition. 
  5. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed, damaged or not included in the judging panel for any technical reasons. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
  6. Prize for each monthly individual office competition is: 1 x Driver CPC Training module, 7 hours.
  7. Each monthly promotion will begin on the first of each month and close on:
    1. Closing date for Competition 1 – 31st March 2019 
    2. Closing date for Competition 2 – 30th April 2019
    3. Closing date for Competition 3 –  31st May 2019
    4. Closing date for Competition 4 – 30th June 2019
    5. Closing date for Competition 5 – 31st July 2019
  8. One winner from each location will be selected from the list of entrants at random each month and will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Twitter.
  9. By entering the competition the winners give consent for their name and address to be provided to the Driver CPC Training supplier. The prize may be fulfilled by the third party suppliers directly. By partaking in the competition you accept your details being passed to the third party supplier who will be disclosed to you at the point of contact. We respect your data privacy.   10. The Prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
  11. The winner will be notified within 7 working days of the closing date. In the event of the claim for a prize not being received by the promoter within 14 working days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. A list of the winner(s) may be obtained from August 2019 by writing to the promoters at the address below. 
  12. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and the winners consent to participate in any reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of the promoter.
  13. All copyright is automatically transferred to the Promoter upon entry to this competition.
