Seasonal Van Drivers – Spring Contract
Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Seasonal (Late January – June, potential extension)
Location: Maidstone
We are recruiting two experienced van drivers on behalf of a well-established UK agricultural supply business to support their Spring 2026 seasonal operations.
The business operates nationally within the agricultural and agronomy sector, supplying products such as crop nutrition, plant protection, seed, and other inputs essential to farming and food production. Spring is their busiest period, making this a key role within the operation.
Contract Details

Expected start: Last week of January

Initial period includes paid induction and buddy runs

Contract likely to run through to late June, with some flexibility depending on seasonal demand

Possibility of extension if the season runs longer
The Role

Van driving duties within legal weight limits

Supporting seasonal deliveries during the spring peak

Completing inductions and supervised runs to learn routes and procedures

Working to high standards of safety, professionalism, and reliability
Candidate Requirements

Previous van driving experience essential

Strong reliability and professional attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with attention to detail

ADR qualification desirable but not essential (all work within van limits)
