Driver Hire Darlington is currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Van Driver to join our client on a long-term assignment in the Darlington area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, consistent work with a respected local employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a van for collections and deliveries
- Complete daily routes efficiently and professionally
- Ensure all goods are handled and delivered accurately
- Provide excellent customer service at each drop
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain vehicle checks
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (Category B)
- Previous van driving experience preferred
- Good local knowledge of Darlington and surrounding areas
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to lift and handle parcels as required
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
