3.5T Van Driver – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Norwich City Centre
Driver Hire Norwich are currently recruiting 3.5 Tonne Van drivers to work with a client of ours completing drops to businesses in Norwich City Centre.
Start Date: ASAP
The Role:
In this role you will be responsible for loading the vehicle with items for delivery at the depot, completing deliveries to businesses in Norwich City Centre. There will be approx 40 drops a day.
You will need knowledge and experience of deliveries in this area e.g. loading bays, one way roads etc around the NR1 and NR2 postcodes.
The role will include manual handling of products that you are delivering.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday – 0600 start.
The Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous 12 months of driving experience.
- No more than 6 points on licence (no CD, IN DD or DR codes)
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- PPE – Steel toecaps and High Viz.
