3.5T Luton Van Driver (Temp to Perm) – Dunmow

Location: Based in Dunmow, covering London routes
Permanent Salary: £33,900 per year
Hours: 3:00 AM – approximately 11:00 AM (traffic dependent)

Driver Hire Chelmsford & Harlow are recruiting on behalf of our client for a 3.5T Curtain Side Luton Van Driver delivering insulation boards -ducts and pipes across London and surrounding areas.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a full-time, permanent role with a reputable company.

Pay Structure

First 12 weeks (temporary period):

• £15.99 per hour from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (night rate)
• £12.30 per hour from 6:00 AM until finish

Upon permanent placement:

• £33,900 per year

The Role

• Driving a 3.5T Curtain Side Luton Van
• Multidrop deliveries of insulation boards
• Deliveries to office locations and construction sites
• Early starts at 3:00 AM
• Finishing around 11:00 AM depending on traffic

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ commercial driving experience
• Multidrop experience essential
• Confident navigating London roads
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Physically fit and comfortable handling insulation boards
• Punctual with strong attention to detail
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
