£12.50 per hour- pay rise after 13 weeks to £28,000 per annum

Driver Hire are recruiting a Stock Controller to work with one of our fantastic clients based in Bridgwater. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has great attention to detail and is looking for a long-term role with genuine progression.
The role:
You will be responsible for Goods In only, including:
Using a handheld scanner to manage stock movements
Accurately checking and recording incoming deliveries
Ensuring all stock is correctly labelled, stored and logged
Working in a small, secure warehouse environment
Liaising with colleagues to keep stock data up to date and correct
This role is all about accuracy, ownership and reliability.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
Is looking for a stable, long-term position with the chance to progress
Ideally has previous experience as a Stock Controller / Goods In operative
Holds a valid forklift licence (essential)
Is comfortable using handheld scanners or basic warehouse systems
Is reliable, punctual and a good team player
Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 16:30
£12.50 per hour, rising after 13 weeks following successful training and performance
